I plan to walk daily and do strength training twice a week, aiming for sessions on Tuesday and Thursday at the office gym.

I am aiming to hit the gym three times this week; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Ideally, I would space out the sessions, but my schedule doesn’t allow it. Still, I’m staying accountable!

You’ve got this!

I know it’s tough to stick to a schedule, but you are more than capable of making it happen. Stay focused, and you’ll crush your goals this week!

It’s quite challenging to hit the gym on consecutive days, but it will be a great opportunity to discover which parts of your body can handle the workload and which areas need more attention. By the end of the week, you’ll probably learn a lot about your resilience and capacity for growth! Keep pushing yourself, you will gain valuable insights from the experience.

I will be focusing on different muscle groups each day.

I have planned 3 runs and 3 lifting sessions for this week. Got one of each done today, the weather was perfect for an outdoor run. Now to keep the momentum going!

I went off track with meals and drank too much over the weekend, but I’m back on it today.

Goals for the week:

  • Hit the gym five times.
  • Get in one long walk to help with my monthly walking goal.
  • Track meals, focus on 150g protein a day, and stay within calorie goals.
  • Stay on top of house chores, especially sweeping/mopping, which I tend to procrastinate.

27 days until my first Spartan OCR. Training and work stress are wearing me down, and I need to add more burpees this week. On the bright side, I’m killing it on the monkey bars!

I am seeking an accountability buddy for weekly check-ins over the next three months. Due to health issues, I am shifting to mat Pilates and want to stay active without overdoing it. If you are in a similar situation and want support, let’s connect!

I’m a few weeks away from my first weight loss anniversary and just a few pounds from my goal. The slow progress is mentally challenging, but I plan to stay committed without overdoing it or giving up.
